Since AP Center was founded in 2009, there have been more than one hundred American, Canadian, European universities that have visited Chengdu Foreign Languages School AP Center. Our students have shown through good English communication skills and positive attitude the dedication of AP Center students.  They have asked different kinds of meaningful questions during the college visit events, leaving admission officers very good impressions of our students. Based on our students’ successful performance, more and more famous overseas universities have contacted our college counselors to express their willingness to visit our center.

　　At the beginning of this new fall semester, we have welcomed our new grade 10 students, and also many universities’ visits. At this point in time, we have held 2 college visits, with 5 U.S. admission officers. We are happy to announce that 12 U.S. college visits are confirmed for this semester.

　　自成外AP课程中心创办以来，已有超过百所美国、加拿大、欧洲各国大学到访过成外AP课程中心。我们各届学生在来访活动中，展示了良好的英语沟通能力和积极的精神面貌，并总能提出各种有价值有意义的问题，给招生官们留下了深刻印象。鉴于我们学生良好的表现，近年，越来越多的国外名校联系我们驻校升学老师表达了来访意愿。

　　今年秋季开学，我们迎来了高一新生，也再次迎来了大学来访高峰。开学以来，我们学生已参加了2批次，共5所美国大学招生官来访活动。截至目前，我们很高兴宣布还将有12批次美国大学招生官来访。他们依次为：

　　2.George Washington University 乔治华盛顿大学

　　4.University of Minnesota-Twin Cities（明尼苏达大学大学-双城主校区）， Miami University-Oxford（迈阿密大学牛津校区）

　　5.Stanford University（斯坦福大学）， Bennington College（贝宁顿学院）， Colorado College（科罗拉多学院）

　　6.Boston University（波斯顿大学）

　　7.Centre College（中心学院）， Millsaps College （密尔赛普斯学院）， and Juniata College （杰尼阿塔学院）

　　8.Case Western Reserve University凯瑟西储大学

　　9.University of Iowa 爱荷华大学

　　10.University of California, Los Angeles 加州大学-洛杉矶分校

　　11.Pittsburgh University 匹兹堡大学

　　12.The University of British Columbia 英属哥伦比亚大学（加拿大）

　　除上述学校外，我们正与New York University（纽约大学）招生官进行沟通，他们可能在10月份将到访我校。

　　如何参加大学来访活动呢？我们高二高三学生对此并不陌生，统一校服，带好笔记本，认真听招生官讲座，准备问题，积极提问，做好记录等等。相信我们高一学生在升学老师指导下也能尽快适应来访活动。

　　在此，我们再次重申，希望每位同学珍惜可参加的大学来访机会，你们不仅代表了自己，更代表了AP课程中心，代表了成外。留给招生官怎样的印象将与你们的大学申请录取息息相关。请相信，好的印象是好的申请的开始。
